If you no longer wish to use Adny, you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data. Wenn Sie Adny nicht mehr nutzen möchten, können Sie die vollständige Löschung Ihres Kontos und aller damit verbundenen Daten beantragen.

Option 1: Directly in the App (Fastest) Option 1: Direkt in der App (Am schnellsten)

The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Adny App. This process is instant and automated. Der einfachste Weg, Ihr Konto zu löschen, führt direkt über die Adny App. Dieser Prozess erfolgt sofort und automatisiert.

  1. Open the Adny App and log in.
  2. Go to your Profile / Settings.
  3. Select "Delete Account" and confirm.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion via email. For security reasons, we must verify your identity. Falls Sie keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App haben, können Sie die Löschung per E-Mail anfordern. Aus Sicherheitsgründen müssen wir Ihre Identität überprüfen.

Security Requirement: Sicherheitsvorgabe:

You must send the email from the exact email address that is registered with your Adny account. Requests from other email addresses will be rejected to protect your account. Sie müssen die E-Mail zwingend von der E-Mail-Adresse senden, mit der Ihr Adny-Konto registriert ist. Anfragen von anderen E-Mail-Adressen werden zum Schutz Ihres Kontos abgelehnt.

What happens when my account is deleted? Was passiert, wenn mein Konto gelöscht wird?

  • Your account profile (email, user ID) will be permanently erased from our servers.
  • All your end-to-end encrypted calendar events and data will be permanently destroyed.
  • This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
  • Email requests are processed manually within 7-14 business days.
